I would like to express my heartfelt sorrow and my sincerest condolences to the Nation of Poland. Yesterday, they laid their president and his wife to rest.

Take heart, Poland, Americans haven't abandoned you no matter how it appears. We call too many of your sons and daughters our own, for that to happen.
