when he refused both and said that he'd be happy to go through the metal detector like everyone else, they sequestered him, harassed him some more and then told him to leave the airport under police escort.
When he managed to get his ticket refunded, another TSA goon accosted him and told him that if he left the airport he would be fined 10,000 dollars and a civil suit.
I have a question. If they're part of the federal government, how the hell do they sue someone in civil court? for what? refusal to fly? refusal to submit to an unconstitutional search?
there's even one part of audio where a TSA agent actually tells him that "when he bought his ticket he gave away all his rights".
I don't know about you folks, but I've actually read the fine print on tickets (too many long hours in the airport waiting for a flight). NO where in that ticket does it require you to give up your constitutional rights.
